What is the best Linux system for a 4GB RAM laptop?

I have used a vast amount of Linux and I have to say the best that ran on my 4GB of Ram laptop was KDE Neon, Lubuntu, Arch Linux (KDE and LXDE) , and almost any XFCE based system. Technically just any Linux system, but I’d recommend a KDE, Gnome, XFCE , Deepin or LXDE desktop flavor. Most of these will be stable with LXDE being the black sheep.
