Overall, Comcast has a great company culture with excellent pay and benefits compared to other comparable jobs. Management is trained well and offers coaching without being overly bearing and plenty of opportunity is given for employee feedback. Comcast can be an excellent company to work for and I would mostly recommend it for the right person.

I applied online. I interviewed at Comcast (United States) Technical Interview and several panel interviews with product managers, team members, and additional senior architects. The entire process took about 2 weeks from phone screen through final call with the hiring manager.
