A fantasy world is an author-conceived world created in fictional media, such as literature, film or games. Many fantasy worlds draw heavily on real-world history, geography, sociology, mythology, and folklore.
Fantasy teaches us about real people. Fantasy is, in fact, an exhaustive study of humanity. Given that a realistic fictional character is based on authentic human nature, and that we are in fact real people, it stands to reason that we would find ourselves at least partially reflected in their image.
Why do we like fantasy?
The best kind of fantasies, in books, movies or TV shows, are usually the ones that deal with real human tragedies, real human pain, real human sacrifices and real human bonds even when operating in a strictly unreal realm. We relate to their emotions. Fantasy helps us process our issues without really processing them.

Yes I do think fantasy is beter because in fantancy there exits no negative emotions. Its a thought that gives a good inner feeling and this brings inner healing. It gives hope to live another day because for a moment it take away the sorrows, it creats good pictures that makes one to feel more beautiful, a hero etc.
