What is the caste certificate required to get the Delhi reservation?

Obc caste certificate which has to be from delhi to avail the benefit of delhi reservation…schooling from delhi-ncr will give u the reservation of delhi region. Since yiur are from up and your caste certificate is also from up then u will not be able to get the obc benifit since all the four colleges are state University.
