The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) have reportedly confirmed the retentions rules for all the Indian Premier League (IPL) teams ahead of the mega auction for the 2022 season. The new teams can pick a maximum of only two Indian, and one overseas player. They can’t pick more than one uncapped player.
