Imo, Percy isn’t able to control blood… It wouldn’t be a good thing, I made a post similar to this one. He can bloodbend, because blood is 55 percent made of plasma wich is mostly water. So yes he CAN control blood, but he wouldn’t do it unless something terrible had happened to him.
