Humans are generally pretty good at using tools, sometimes for good, occasionally for harm. Science doesn’t exist as a separate entity or force.

Technology is a result of science. And the tool that it is will ultimately become the weapon against us all in the long run. A race of humans so self serving that all humanity will grow colder and less respective of life in general. Destruction is inevitable in the long run.
