What makes people not similar?
Many differences between individuals are undoubtedly because of differences in their genes. However, human monozygotic twins who are genetically identical may differ markedly from each other (Spector, 2012). Individuals differ, of course, because biological processes are inherently variable.
Are we all the same or are we all different?
As in all species, there is variation among individual human beings, from size and shape to skin tone and eye color. But we are much more alike than we are different. We are, in fact, remarkably similar. The DNA of all human beings living today is 99.9\% alike.
How similar are we with one another?
Our bodies have 3 billion genetic building blocks, or base pairs, that make us who we are. And of those 3 billion base pairs, only a tiny amount are unique to us, making us about 99.9\% genetically similar to the next human.
Are We all the same or different from each other?
Both schools of thought are correct. We are all the same but different from each other as well. Humans are born with some hard-wired behaviours that are a part of our genetic heritage. These are the behaviours we demonstrate just because we are humans. Another level of innate behaviours has to do with our sex and sex hormones.
Why don’t all people have the same beliefs?
No two people are raised in exactly the same set of circumstances. So no two people have the same set of beliefs. Even identical twins differ in their learned behaviours because of different life experiences. Still, the fundamental aspects of their personality (such as temperament) are more or less the same as these are controlled by genetics.
Are We all the same species?
We are all the same species but that is about as same as you’re going to get. Then you have your experiences, the people you meet, the conversations you have. These are all different from person to person. Even if you were genetically identical to someone else, you would still have had different experiences.
Why do people feel the same emotions in different people?
Though it stores different beliefs in different individuals, the interaction with those beliefs happens in the same way. This results in similar emotions and behaviours in people. There is no emotion that only a select few people feel because our fundamental neurobiology is the same. This alone has largely made the study of mind possible.
