Tech Entry in Indian Navy: Educational Qualification for Technical Officer: Senior secondary (10 + 2 pattern) with at least 70 percent aggregate marks in PCM and at least 50\% marks in English either in class X or class XII. Also candidate should have qualified JEE Mains exam. Age: 16.5 years to 19 years.
What is technical entry in Indian Navy?
Indian Navy has invited applications for the 10+2 (B. Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission) Course commencing in July, 2021. Under the Scheme, those selected will join Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala for a four year B. Tech degree course.
Final year students of BE/B Tech programs like- Mechanical/Civil/ Electronics/Power/Marine/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Electrical/Metallurgy/Production/IC/Telecommunications/Mechatronics/Control Engineering or B Arch, Naval Architecture are eligible to apply. Candidates must have minimum 60\% marks up to 6th semester.
Can we join Navy through TES?
Eligibility Criteria for TES: The candidate should have studies Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) in his 10+2 (or equivalent) exam. Only candidates who have scored an aggregate percentage of 70\% or more in PCM are eligible to apply.

How to apply for Indian Navy recruitment 2021?
Candidates are to register and submit their application on the recruitment website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in from 29th January 2021 to 09th February 2021. To save time during the application submission window, candidates can fill in their details and upload documents in advance under their user profile.
IHQ of MoD (Navy) reserves the right to fix the cut off for shortlisting of applications for SSB based on JEE (Main) All India Rank (AIR) – 2020. Approximately 900 candidates will be shortlisted for SSB. SSB interviews for short listed candidates will be scheduled at Bangalore / Bhopal / Kolkata / Visakhapatnam from Mar – Jun 2021.
