Managing people and client relations is an important skill to acquire in business, and this is just one aspect of HR that you can apply to any job. Other useful skills you will learn include organisation, administration, multitasking, presentations, reporting and communication.
What do you want to learn from your internship?
One of the most important things you can take away from an internship is your new found knowledge, which includes knowing how to fulfill tasks relevant to your desired career path. Not only that, but you should have also spent time sharpening and honing the skills you already possessed.
Why do you want this internship for HR?
I have some fresh ideas which might help your company’s development and growth. If I am hired, I will do my best to benefit the company and add value to it. I would also like to learn and sharpen my skills under the guidance of professionals working with your team.
Why did you study HR?
Human resources helps in structuring teams, it builds the organisations culture and it helps people with engagement and development. Human resource management creates a lot of difference in enhancing the productivity of the employees.

These include helping you to develop an engaged workforce, leading your team, recruiting and training employees, assisting managers and team leaders, etc. I am currently working as an HR intern at Consumerchoice and I enjoy my work here.
