I joined in August 2016 as an ELTP was happy initially until I faced the harsh reality slowly. In Tech Mahindra you don’t get projects based on your interests. You get them based on the people completing their 2 years and making space for you. You land up in any domain be it in Testing,Support or Development.

The problem started when Tech Mahindra officially took over Mahindra Satyam and the amalgamation was disaster for the employees on both sides. That is when the true face of the top brass came into picture. Before the merger, we had a lot of floor meetings to “clarify” any doubts we had etc.

Tech M is a horrible company. I’ve worked here for over a year. No 401k match, poor culture on the ground. Their image states they have good work life balance but they hire management that wants you to do everything at all costs to make the customer happy, it doesn’t matter how it impacts you personally.
