At most, medical schools will require a combination of calculus and statistics, so we’d recommend that you stick with your AP Calc credit plus a semester of statistics later on.
Is AP Calc or AP stats better for pre med?
Take AP Calculus B/C for sure. It connects more with the pre-med material, and is considered much harder than AP Statistics, and will look much better when you actually apply to college under the pre-med program. However, if you hate math and have a strong distaste for it. I recommend AP Statistics.
