Do writers get paid for anthologies?
Some anthologies pay the contributors royalties, while others offer a flat fee, and still others pay contributors nothing. Some give profits to charities, or non-profit organizations; other anthologies are organized for private profit.
Co-authors are not paid upfront. All parties are active authors of the book and get full credit and usually, two or more co-authors split any publisher advance money, royalty money, and/or merchandise money. Co-author partnerships also have a contract stating who gets what and how things are split.

I can use it in my book, I can offer it as an excerpt on my website, I can use it for marketing purposes, etc. They can also use it in any way they want, including publishing it or reselling it.
Should you offer contributors a copy of your book?
Not only is in insulting to writers (why should someone donate their time to something you’re going to profit from later?) but it a classic sign of an unprofessional (say cheap!) project. You should also offer every contributor a free copy of the print edition of your book.
