Can someone have both Byakugan and Sharingan?

If the further evolution of the Sharingan-Byakugan is still possible. More specifically, it includes the question if Sharingan can evolve into MS despite its pair being a different doujutsu.

It doesn’t seem like having two byakugan or sharingan is really a big improvement over having just one eye. The abilities granted to the user is highly dependent on the parents as well. For example, if someone as naturally gifted as Sasuke and Hinata were to have a child.
