Konan can just go paper form and fire those shard paper from her wing, or even make it explosives. Itachi’s best chance against her would be amaterasu, but again Konan can just regenerate herself with paper and spread wide so all of her pieces doesn’t get burned. Overall, I would lean on Konan.
