Can INFJs be Judgemental?
INFJs do not want to be seen as judgmental, and have a strong distaste of causing others pain. The only time an INFJ may appear judgmental is if they see that someone is going to hurt themselves or others. INFJs have a strong intuitive sense and often can predict when someone is going down a bad path.
How do INFJ judge people?
There are different kinds of judging. INFJ’s are one of the eight types that do judge, as opposed to just perceive, and leave everything open ended. So we are judging people, and things, and situations. There’s nothing wrong with that.
Are INFJs condescending?
INFJs are rarely condescending people, and often dislike that type of behavior. They try to express that they do not feel superior to others, and want to maintain a connection to people. INFJs are compassionate people, who are capable of empathizing with people no matter what mistakes they have made.
Are INFJ’s good at communication?
The INFJ, one of the 16 Myers-Briggs personality types, is an oddball in many ways — that’s one of the reasons we’re called a bundle of contradictions. But one of the ways that we especially torture ourselves is in communication. We are seemingly great at communication, if you witness us while we are writing stories, poetry, or even texting.
What does the “J” in INFJ stand for?
Sometimes the “J” in “INFJ” stands for a different kind of “judging.” Although INFJs are known for their high levels of empathy and compassion, I’m often guilty of critiquing others — though I rarely speak my criticisms out loud.
Do INFJs break it to you difficultly?
Yes, we INFJs have great insights — and often wisdom beyond our years — but we don’t feel it’s our place to go “fixing you” when we at times feel so broken. If you decide to take advantage of our intuitive nature, rest assured: We will “break it to you kindly” in soft strokes rather than hard slashes.
