How do I know my future self?

Getting to Know Your Future Self

  1. Select a time in your future (e.g., six months, one year, five years from now) and imagine that at that time you are expressing your best possible self strongly.
  2. Imagine the details and how you’ve worked hard and succeeded at accomplishing your life goals and deepened your relationships.

How does space-time continuum work?

Because space consists of 3 dimensions, and time is 1-dimensional, space-time must, therefore, be a 4-dimensional object. It is believed to be a ‘continuum’ because so far as we know, there are no missing points in space or instants in time, and both can be subdivided without any apparent limit in size or duration.

Can you break the space/time continuum?

As far as I’m concerned, there’s no such thing as ‘the space-time continuum’. Hence, there’s nothing to be broken. Space-time cannot exist as a merger of space and time because space is an empty void that doesn’t even have virtual particles; and time is the temporal interval between events.

Can you go back in time to meet your future self?

So, the ‘you’ you met in the past would go on to exist in a different future, one in which you did meet yourself. You’d be unable to go back to your original future by simply following the ‘new’ timeline, as you’ve created a new past, one in which you did meet your future self.

What would happen if you met yourself in the past?

One idea from the ‘multiverse’ hypothosis is that if you did go back in time & met yourself, time (& hence reality) would ‘branch off’ and develop in a way that is different from the way it developed in your memories. So, the ‘you’ you met in the past would go on to exist in a different future, one in which you did meet yourself.

What would happen if you could go back in time?

Go back in time 1000 years from now, and move a atom, or quark out of place in a grain of sand on a beach. This small event would change EVERYTHING in human history up to that exact point FACT. If you go back in time you will kill yourself instantly.

Would you emerge from a time machine as yourself?

So, you’d emerge from yout time machine as a completely unknown person. The logical problem of you meeting yourself in the past is that such event is automatically eternal, since it cannot possibly happen a “first” time. Why?
