C# is useful only in Microsoft ecosystem. PHP is a web scripting language and not applicable to problem space as widely as Java or even C#. That said, PHP has the reputation of being very arbitrary in semantics and needs lots of experience to avoid pitfalls. So it’s definitely the lowest in my ranking for writability.
