Good schedule, fun work, not nearly enough pay, bad management. I loved my coworkers at Goodwill and the 7:30-4 schedule, but the pay is just way too low for anyone to live off of. I can’t even imagine being a disabled person and being paid less than minimum wage to do the work that I did for them. Pay workers better.
