Kevin seems to be a great guy, he knows what he’s talking about, and he’s very generous with information (and opinions!). I’m just not sure I’d pay for his investing course. I bought his course for real estate agents, and while it was informative, the content wasn’t really unique.
Is it worth it to take a real estate course?
If you do want to buy a house, apartment unit, or any sort of real estate, even if you know quite a bit, I’d say the course is well worth it. If the course was $1000-$2000 or something I’d be more cautious about recommending it, but at usually between $300 and $500 it’s an absolute steal for anyone who plans to invest or buy any property.

There seems to be more value in the live events–enrollment is limited and he promises direct time to discuss methods, strategies, and possibly even potential deals with individual enrollees. One more thing. I’m a cynical old bugger and find his constant cheerfulness a bit distracting.
